I would like to work in an environment of growth and excellence and earn a job which provides me job Satisfaction and self development and help me achieve personal as well as organization goals.

Cons

Currently my position with Kelly is temporary position. I would like to find a permanent position with a where hard work, attention to detail and organizations is noticed and rewarded.

Nothing good about them, do not work for them

Cons

They don't care about you . Its like a Job bank, they consider you as replaceable. I gave my two weeks notice to a job I had to take on a job they hired me for. Turns out the job only lasted one day cause the client felt I could not pronounce certain words good since it was a call center and did not want me back, the woman at Kelly service claim she didn't have any other work and she would call me if something came up. I never heard back, I wrote her a email, saying that I gave up my job ftp work for them and never got a email back, they do not care

what pros? compensation horrible, broken promises, their "time-off" policy is true...if you are a minute late your laid-off for good. I spent a year trying to get another assignment, but they refused!

Cons

never got me another assignment after the one laid me off. I was told that I had quit an assignment "volunteer basis", causing me NOT to qualify for unemployment...NOT TRUE! I was laid-off.
