Pros

They stay out of my business and very rarely contact me (this is a "Pro" because they don't know what I do for a living, and would not know what to say anyway). The work I do is cerebral as opposed to what else I might be doing. The client is very appreciative of my work, and I get a lot of satisfaction from the job. The pay is good, but could be better. I like what I do.

Cons

No appreciation for work done, in spite of the fact that I've proliferated it for years because of quality work and go looking for more, and thereby have been a Kelly cash cow during all this time. No bonuses or reward for a job well done. No incentives. Expensive insurance (at least we have it in my group). Have LOST pay (as in CUT) due to client money troubles and pay has not even gotten back to the point it WAS in '08. They are very stingy with pay raises and blame the client or "the market". The job is a dead-end job and has no future (as are ALL Kelly temp job opportunities)

Pros

When you are responsible for several offices in area, you develop the relationship with your colleagues quite quickly. You can travel a lot. You can also realize yourself as the one who push some project forward. When you take a peek over your shoulder, you can easily see, the tasks you helped to be finished, which is nice.

Cons

Country managers are mostly playing unfair game with their subordinates and employees. The fact about decision to close the office in our country was well known more than 3 months earlier because of rumors and word spreading, before VP took his courage to visit us to let us know about this finally. Communication across the levels of the company is one of the weakest points. Some senior managers seems not to be too much concerned about the atmosphere in the office, rather they are more bothered about the time, they can leave the office, and spend some time with their relatives.

Pros

Connected well with the recruiter and have specialized skills in a small labor pool, so the recruiter did an OK job at findings things for me.

Cons

Bizarrely stingy in how many timecards they would give out.
