      Pros

      There really isn't any pros for me at the moment Kelly services and apple can be unreasonable at times with how they want you to handle the calls.

      Cons

      Theres too many at the moment to mention right now. but the schedule and timing is really bad.

      Pros

      work at home, get access to a mac computer. they work with you on scheduling at times. your tl's tend to be highly competent and strive to help you succeed

      Cons

      the pay. no salary increases while learning new skills.

      Pros

      Pros would be...the pay is decent and you get paid every week. The trainers are awesome and you will meet some nice people during your 3 weeks Academy training. Also, there's no start up fees, they send you all the equipment you need. Guaranteed 40 hrs with a set schedule.

      Cons

      Biggest con, once you come out of academy training yoy are thrown on the phones and expected to just know what to do. The help they tell you about us non existent. The "senior advisors" are rude and don't like to take over calls, even when you tell them you're still in training. Absolutely no benefits. No medical/dental insurance, no paid holidays, no employee discount (even though they advertise that as a perk), no raises, no paid time off. The job is too stressful to not have insurance offered. I read a the bad reviews and thought maybe they just weren't right for the job. Well, apparently hardly anyone is. That's why there's a huge turnover rate and hiring classes every 2 weeks.
