Pros

Great Coworkers - some of best in the business.

Cons

Upper management treats all people as if they are disposable. Very high burnout- contsantly recruiters resigning. Constant org changes and layoffs. No stabilty whatsoever. I am a very high performer and I still am on the team, however in about 2 years I have already seen at least 8 to 10 people laid off. I am just a cog in the wheel, no individual thanks or appreciation notes. I would recommend you look elsewhere if you need stability. Recruiters are constantly walking on eggshells.

LOW Pay! 10 per hour. 6 weeks of training and leave training without a clue of whats going on. Everything is based of customer satisfaction surveys. Every survey I received was because customer was not happy with Apple or the product, but my job was at stake because of customers not satisfied with Apple. You receive fake test phone calls when calls volume is low. Calls from management creating fake cases and fake surveys. Bonus constantly changing, no bonus over 60 dollars. Force advisors to do screen share with customer, because Kelly is unable to compete with Enterprise. Force screen share to boost stats and survey scores. Practice being a happy ROBOT! This is not regular customer service/tech support pay is to Low for the amount of BS you have to put up with! You will dreed logging in each day and pray you phone does not ring! I have worked customer service for years and did not dreed my phone ringing! To sum it Up! THIS JOB SUCKS!!!!

Pros

Work at home, no drug test, weekly pay, all equipment is provided included an iMac.

Cons

Trainers & Mentors are completely clueless. No one will answer a question because either they don't know the answer or they were told not to give out information. You can tell they are reading off index cards when they address the training class. Test are ambiguous and often have more than one right answer, If you do not get an 80% you will not be allowed to continue. Every single person we encountered during training was completely full of it. Started with 73 people and ended up with 14. Apple will pay you $14/hr. to do what Kelly is paying you $9.15 to do. Not worth the aggravation at all.
