Nobody welcomes you. You have to find things by yourself and on your own time. Management will only contact you when you do something wrong. Do not care if you are a good employee . It can and will be months before you talk to a human being from management.

They hire trash for their customers, just to get the commission. The turn over rate is insane, 300+%, No background checks and criminals welcome. (unless you actually work for Kelly, then a degree is required, double standards for them) Spent most days in virtual meetings listening to upper management repeat themselves the entire time. Bla, bla bla...over and over all day long. Kelly cares more about which pronoun to use than hiring qualified people. Benefits are horrible and the cost is very high.
