At the beginning they tell you they will hire you as a medical interpreter and that you are going to receive mostly medical calls with a few other calls. After the trial period that is a lie. You are stuck with back to back calls, no time to drink water.

I had problems with a co-worker and Kelly did nothing to resolve it, after multiple complaints they just toed the company line. I was severly harassed by someone that is from a group that always starts trouble, affirmative action hire. The person used the n-word and would leave early, come-in late, the usual type lazy worker. Kelly woman did nothing, did not follow up on my withnesses. I had to go to corporate, and they did nothing either, I will never work for them again. I had solid legitimate complaints with withnesses, Kelly didn't care.
