Pros

•Some of the team leads/ supervisors actually care and know what they are talking about •work/life balance is completely up to you. You will be burned out at some point

Cons

•attendance is unreasonable. 24 occurrences per year. 1 full occurrence per absence. Half an occurrence if you are more than 15 minutes late. You get occurrences for tech issues out of your hands (power outage, internet connection issues etc)

Pros

benefits are ok. locations depend on how far you are willing to drive.

Cons

no Christmas bonuses or any bonuses at all. if you are working for one of their corporate companies as a contractor, their is NO ONE to stand up for you when there are issues. they don't do their due diligence and you get blindsided one day when they release you from your contract with no notice and no feasible explanation. your PTO maxes out with no options for increase. pay is another downside.
