This place is in no way supportive, You basically get to a level where you do phone support (the contract I was hired for) for every apple product with limited training (you could train yourself better using YouTube) They require you to quickly search their data base which again minimal training and use their customer info database which again basically NO training on how that works and do this all in a quick manner. You get no help, there is limited time provided for coaching sometimes none due to customer needs. When you ask for specific training they just refer you to articles where you are expected to just teach yourself about something you have never actually owned or seen. Highly stressful job with a call every 5 to 8 seconds.
