Pros

It is a pro for slack and lazy people - it's not a high-performing culture. Decent office, managers were ok, the majority of staff is friendly and nice.

Cons

- Some back-office teams were extremely toxic and dysfunctional - Messy processes - Non-existent HR support - Very poor people management skills, no upskilling, reskilling, mentorship and professional development - Consultants were torn apart by conflicting priorities and 360 approach didn't work at all as you'll never gonna do everything well. You either do sales, or place candidates, or look after temp desk. Kelly Consultants were expected to do everything at the same time - Non-attractive bonus plan.

ability to work remotely, setting your schedule by communicating to your manager/coordinator normal pay if part-time good opportunity to develop language skills

Cons

high-volume of calls between 15-20 polish time no breaks in between calls, no time to rest if in between this time
