Pros

Compressed work week, which can also be a negative. 120 hours of PTO per year - use them wisely. 8 paid holidays

Cons

$16-17/hr for at least a year before eligible for direct hire (not made clear during NEO.) No incentives of any kind for performing well, aside from being allowed to stay and the promise that you might be hired directly and then be paid a living wage. Intel employees frequently treat "green badges" as being of a lower class.
