Very nice working environment Friendly colleagues and management Supportive management and genuine Nice workplace location and office
Cons
Very poor salary, as much as 50% less that the competition Very reluctant to increase pay despite increasing workloads/responsibilities I was already doing work far beyond my role yet they still resisted paying me for it until I said I'd go elsewhere, even then they increased in marginally and nowhere near what was appropriate
