      Pros

      I truly enjoyed my time at KellyOCG and appreciated the opportunity to work with a talented team in a dynamic environment. The work was engaging, and I felt supported by my colleagues.

      Cons

      Frequent leadership changes—I had three managers in three months—made it difficult to maintain consistency and communication. My role was eliminated, and due to the instability in leadership, no one realized it even happened on my birthday.

      There's not much of a downside. In order to work here, you would have to have a leader mentality as there is little to no leadership.
