Pros
Flexible & welcoming work environment - Everyone in my department is lovely to work with. The work is interesting, & stepping outside of your comfort zone, for the sake of broadening your understanding of the company, is encouraged. My manager(s) are the best leadership I have ever had. Everyone I work with is genuinely kind hearted, and always willing to help one another.
Cons
Restructuring was rough. Half of the department was laid off in rounds, and their positions were outsourced to another country. The remaining employees were responsible for training the people who replaced their fellow coworkers.
