      Pros

      Co-workers are great people to an extend if they are not part of brown nose club.

      Cons

      Lots of brown nosing going on and incompetency is rewarded within management. Management covering their buddies of brown nose club. (This is probably unavoidable, as most people love brownies on their lips). Accounting keeps making mistake in your pay and they are too stupid to do a simple income tax calculation.
