Pros
Great learning experience, I was able to learn and develop better management skills and loved my teams.
Cons
Most of the higher ups are pretty gross, a few of the managers don't mind sexually harassing women, or drunk calling in the middle of the night. You more than likely will not receive your last check. Management doesn't work closely with teams in the fab, they prefer to stay in their cubicles instead of coming in and seeing how things actually work. Favoritism is a huge thing with this company and with certain managers, if they don't like you they will talk about you to other people. It's unfortunately like highschool.
