Company is very politically driven and may top management employees manipulate the system to their benefit. In some cases a recently promoted sales person that went into management position only lined his own pockets as he used his political clout to scheme accounts for his benefit, including many cases when he actually pulled them directly from his team members for his benefit. My recommendation is to stay away from Kelly OCG as they don't play fair.
