      Kelly offers competitive pay and benefits Culture to make a difference in the world Opportunity to collaborate with peers and leaders in areas of interest Growth and development for advancement

      Cons

      There aren’t any I can see…KellyOCG has been transformative during a very difficult time with the pandemic. Only issue I can see is keeping up with the team hiring needed to continue to do amazing things which is the only reason I gave 4 stars for work/life balance. We work hard and are rewarded and recognized but sometimes that makes balance difficult.

      I can think of nothing positive of working for Kelly OCG. nothing at all

      Cons

      prepare to spend 4 hrs a day on worthless conference calls. if you are on site at a client, you will be thrown under the bus with regularity. zero management expertise. bad benefits. If you work here, you don't get the time back in your life. stay away
