Pros

+ Incredible leadership team in terms of experience (business as well as industry), transparency, moral code, and support of employee wellness + Supportive culture - no personal agendas, backstabbing, schadenfreude, etc. Everyone truly rowing in the same direction and helping wherever needed. + Software that works, happy customers, actual value being delivered + Solid understanding of what is necessary to deliver and scale meaningful software solutions for Industrial use cases (practicality and impact vs. esoteric and untested) + Little-to-no B.S.

Cons

- Historically some creep/drift of product strategy/message - but seems to be resolved

Pros

Mission - carbon emission reduction an existential threat to our species. I'm proud to be a part of a team that's developing solutions to combat climate change, giving our planet a better chance tomorrow. Culture/Hiring - hiring for fit is tough when everyone is distributed but we've done a really good job in 2022. The people are awesome. Super talented engineering & product team. Stong leadership alignment around product and we're hiring based on where the market is heading.

Cons

Standard stuff. Show me a Series B company that hasn't had its own fair share of growing pains and gone through a few iterations of itself when trying to figure itself out.
