They will overwork you when you do a good job and put a target on your back. You will have expectations and once you reach them they say sorry and just raise the bar on you. Some managers during covid will go to Florida or other destinations, Tarpon fishing, fly fishing and never be available you name it and will keep you handcuffed to your chair complaining abut your results. It is who you know buddy club and no matter how hard you work you will be the slacker in their minds. My manager was never even available and when you called him you got voice mail has not been set up yet. You may have skills you can bring to the company and they have no interest, you are a vacuum cleaner salesman from the 1950's and even pit you against your coworkers like it is a horse race. They do all substandard insurance and their management is substandard and to them they could go to any fast food drive thru window and ask do you need a job and you are replaced. If you feel you have skills to bring to an organization they will purposefully table them so they can control you. They do not want expertise but numbers or you are gone, however once you reach the numbers as mentioned they just up them. The management is a click and I would have loved to have access to their numbers but you are nobody to this company no matter how hard you work and they just think recycle them for another. This company will be the most toxic environment you have ever experienced.
