      Drastically Changed in Culture and Value

      Pros

      The opportunity to learn and gain the experience I have within the amount of time I've had with the company.

      Cons

      Executive Management and the Values they bring. Turnover rate is high. Not making a decision to what the repercussion could be before laying people off. Hiring staff and management with little or no experience, paying them more money and having the experienced employees, who are underpaid, to do the work for them.

      Pros

      There are a few former Infinity employees still around, but probably not for long.

      Cons

      Execs care very little about the employees and a lot about lining their pockets. One even said so in a company meeting.

      *Everyone working there is miserable - no positive attitude at all *Unrealistic metrics *top-down work changes that don’t help workflow *outdated technology *no bonus *shady business ethics
