      Weak unprepared management team who chose to micro- manage talented competent staff, Hard to take when every meeting started with: I don’t have anything planned?!?!? CEO dissolved the pension

      -Management will insult you behind your back (especially leadership in Finance) -Turnover is extremely high, most people don't make it past 1 - 2 years -HR will not take your side, especially if you try to report something about management -Management will only respect people who blindly follow their absurd requests -Bonuses are given out based on popularity, not work effort or performance -Everyone who has quit has been harassed by the current leadership either during work or personally -The CFO and Controller of Finance announced that nobody within Finance and Accounting is allowed to take time off during the first 15 days of each month and every quarter end. Some employees were let go for disagreeing with this controlling policy -Very toxic, male dominated company
