Upfront training and I-Car certification, the way the company welcomes you and teaches you if a very positive impact. Coming from another insurance company. The communication and overall job structure ensures that you are well prepared for everything.

Cons

Nothing at the moment, training from home might be ideal for some, but we have access to multiple programs and training modules that gives us a change of pace.
