      Pros

      Kemper is a great company to work for because they have good employee relations and fair treatment for all. Kemper stands out for the ambitious employees as one that frequently promotes from within. The corporate office and management value hard work and acknowledge internal talent. This reason alone has excellent employees excited to work for Kemper.

      Pros

      Business Performance Analytics has plenty of smart people who are great to work with. The training for new hires is very extensive. Compensation and work/life balance are good.

      Cons

      With the sudden increase in work from home due to COVID-19, the IT department is currently a bit understaffed. While this problem isn't unique to Kemper and will eventually get resolved, the inability to get quick resolution to IT issues is a pain point.
