      Some honest ethical employees. Not a lot at the executive level but there are some throughout the ranks.

      Read advice to management. I think the cons will be apparent.

      Pros

      On the auto side there is a new leadership team and compelling results for 2018 and 2019. This is a healthy organization finding its stride quickly after a complicated merger. For employees, growth presents complexity but significant opportunity to shine. Decision tree is flat and nimble and CEO is a sophisticated thinker making powerful moves in a difficult industry.

      Cons

      PI side is still struggling but with patience and investment can succeed. On Auto side, the problems are high quality ones- problems of profitable growth. There’s a lot of structural change ongoing which should improve this. Avoid this environment if you don’t like fast change.
