Pros

The opportunity to learn and gain the experience I have within the amount of time I've had with the company.

Cons

Executive Management and the Values they bring. Turnover rate is high. Not making a decision to what the repercussion could be before laying people off. Hiring staff and management with little or no experience, paying them more money and having the experienced employees, who are underpaid, to do the work for them.

Pros

It's a paycheck. Benefits are close to industry standards, but health insurance is bad

Cons

Ever since they changed upper management , it's been on a downward trajectory. Look up on Google why the current CEO was released from his prior job and you get an idea of what kind of people they like. No pay raises No promotions. They hire their buddies from outside the company, completely ignoring long term employees. It used to be a good company but not just another insurance industry hack.
