      Pros

      The company has great people working for it. Management and coworkers are very friendly, very knowledgeable and ready, willing and able to help. Claims system is very intuitive and lots of technology being tested. Many opportunities for growth with many directions within the company to take. Growing the area of the company that I am a part of.

      Cons

      Some growing pains which are handled collaboratively and handled timely (so is it really a con?)

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Great benefits, Great salary, and Great hours. Management is very knowledgeable about the company and procedures. Time flies you will never be bored, you come in and before you know it. It is time to go to home. Management is very welcoming and understanding. They provide adequate resources, which in turn enable you to succeed. They acknowledge progress and compliment you. Not a company that only likes to point out the negative things you do. Family type atmosphere I plan to be with this company for a long time.

      Cons

      I have not been able to identify any negatives, if there is a problem everyone up to management will do their best to help u resolve or address your issues.

      Pros

      I have been pleasantly surprised to find Kemper to be professional, management awesome, co-workers and environment pleasant, and plenty of opportunities and support. I look forward to consistently learning and growing with this company.

      Cons

      I am in my 5th week here. I have found management to be very down to earth, professional, friendly and approachable. Very happy here.
