      Pros

      Kemper is by far the best company I have worked for. They are a solid company that continues to expand and grow. With this brings a lot of opportunities for their employees. On top of that they offer health benefits, 401k matching, stock purchase option. The office I work in has a great morale and it does not feel like you are working for a corporation.

      I cannot think of any cons to working at Kemper.
