Pros
Great to work with a team full of mostly competent people. Work/Life balance is really good and encouraged. Good opportunities to take helm on projects. Good benefits and end of the year bonus.
Cons
No growth potential within the creative department. Where you start is where you will continue to work. No variety of work. Will continue to work on the same thing again and again. No competitive pay; and even if you show them what you're worth in the market, they don't even come close to matching it.
