      Pros

      I have loved working for Ken Garff Automotive. Overall the company has given me many opportunities to advance and and I've made a lot of strong connections. I plan to retire with this company if I can.

      Cons

      Some things the company could improve would be 1. Promoting managers based on performance alone, 2. The company wants more females in the industry, but doesn't have many benefits in place to help with childcare or family planning, 3. The training looks more like trial by fire here. The launches of new programs follow that theme as well
