      Pros

      The culture in IT is currently great, everyone works together well and even with so many new employees are happy to help get you up to speed. Benefits are getting much better, this year they added more holidays off. There are no sick days but wellness time (pto) and the extra holidays it makes up for that. The management is understanding and can be flexible with your schedule most of the time. It is a fast paced environment even at corporate, although the car industry usually is.

      Cons

      They are still getting things situated in my department since they let go of contacted employees and hired their own people (which are still fairly new) it seems to be going in the right direction though.
