Pros
Ken Garff has some of the most amazing company culture I've ever had the pleasure of being part of--especially the corporate office. They really do live their values, practice what they preach, and strive to make the employee experience as positive as possible. The company does so much to create opportunities for networking, fun team building activities, stress relieving activities, prizes, recognition, training, etc etc etc.
