The only thing I would say is I wish the benefits were better as far as maternity leave goes. They are making an effort though, it has had a positive change since I started.

I believe at least part of the reason I’ve been moved up the chain is because my bosses think I can do the job well, but they can use my “lack of experience” to pay me the minimum required for that job, even when previous employees have done far worse and been paid more.
