Pros

Good thing is that you can work remotely as a customer service representative.

Cons

Pay was 15/hr in 2024 that’s a crappy salary. It’s demanding with barely any breaks, you only have a few seconds in between calls.

Overall a fine company, stable place to work

Cons

Not very flexible or willing to try new benefits for employees - no new holidays (in fact taking away some paid holidays that used to be given) and the benefits (gifts, parties, perks) seem to dwindle every year.
