- Work life balance - Nepotism is absolutely out of control. It's incredibly frustrating to have others promoted or jobs literally made up for individuals just because of who a family member is. - BENEFITS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! 401k match is vested after 5 years of employment and they only match 1% up to 4%. That doesn't mean if you put in 4% they will put in 4%. That means if you put in 2% they will put in .5% if you put in 4% they will put in 1%. Medical premiums for an individual aren't bad - around $80/month plus dental, vision, etc. Family plan though is $1,000 + A MONTH!!! - The PTO is horrendous - after 4 years of employment you'll get 7 DAYS of PTO annually. Oh and it's a use it or loose it system. - The Garff family still owns the company and goes into the corporate office daily. However, the Garff family has no say or doesn't really care about the company.
