      “Work life balance” is a Lie.

      Pros

      Pay is pretty good, new hires get PTO right from the start. Year end bonus.

      Cons

      Hours are terrible, “work life balance” they go on and on about are not practiced. Fear of speaking up. Having to use time off for very absurd reasons, IE being late for work to no fault of your own, going to the doctors, dentist, helping family, leaving one hour early to meet family is a huge deal. Etc. Managers are not good people.

      New shop facility, decent workload, good advisors. Kia support is good.

      Cons

      Mostly warranty work, toxic environment, micromanagement issues, not all employees on the same page.

      Benefits, perks. Bonuses most of the people are awesome

      Cons

      They condone bulling. I know at least three people ( two of them very long term employees) who were bullied by a power hungry office manager into quitting before she could fire them. HR when notified of the issue did absolutely NOTHING. Nor did someone very high up on the Corporate ladder.
