Pros
I like the atmosphere of Ken Garff. We all work as a team to help each other out on projects.
Cons
The PTO is total crap. I just started my 3rd year and I got a whopping 7 days of PTO. 7 days!!! Let that sink in. No sick days either. I also had to wait an entire year to get any at all. I’m a mother so I end up using most of my PTO on sick children and run out within 6 months typically. The only reason I have stayed is because my department is fairly flexible on when I come and go but it sucks to have to work all weekend to make up time I’ve missed during the week due to illnesses.
