Pros

Leadership cares deeply about the people who deliver the mission. We have online training. We have great benefits. We have flexible schedules. Some work is necessarily in person and others work has great remote work support.

Cons

Our industry does not pay as much as we would like. Advocacy is essential to keep the work we do of importance to government finders.
