Pros

I work in the main office, and have found it to be a great place to work. Everyone is friendly and invested in the success of the company and their clients. Pay is fair. In my department, communication is tremendous and I would say that largely communication from the top down is quite successful

Cons

In such a large organization, it's hard to always get a grasp of everything going on throughout the organization, though folks try their best to distribute that information!
