Pros

There's great room for growth within the company. The benefits package is better than what I've seen out there.

Cons

I honestly haven't had a bad experience and I've been working for this organization for 6 years. The thing is, as long as you do you job, there's nothing to worry about.

Benefits are amazing - health, dental, vision, 403b, STD and LTD. People you work with are amazing.

Cons

Pay is NOT commensurate with degree or experience. They underpay professionals who have RNs, Master's Degrees, and post graduate degrees. Advancement is lacking in the professional realm.
