My paycheck always arrives in the bank on time.
Cons
Corporate office has policies but isn’t willing to follow those policies. The company is in such a cost cutting mode that there’s nothing left to cut without putting out a low quality result. The facilities are generally dirty and unkept. Driver/ technician coffee pots and utensils are not cleaned regularly. Benefits continue to decline, and if you get a raise that just means they took money from you somewhere else. The company has unfortunately become a disappointment. Profits over people.
