Pros

Potential of unlimited PTO. Colleagues that's knowledgeable and will not hesitate to share info, details, tribal knowledge of the product.

Cons

Can't take PTO because there's always something going on. Low end on compensation and no matching 401k. Poor morale due to high turn over.

Pros

Few come to mind. Some nice people but no one sticks together. It's every man for him self. Don't have to improve your skills if they like you. Not held accountable for anything if they like you. No oversight into process so you can tip the cards your way to make yourself look good. It's easy to steal credit for other's ideas.

Cons

Out of control. Weak management when they show up. They like to rely on kids playing at business and let them run the show. Not interested in improvement. Critically bad hiring decisions. Unfair pay and hiring practices. It's bad.
