Pros

Great environment to have a big impact on the product. There are a lot of extremely smart people with a passion to deliver a better cloud ERP. Benefits are very competitive. Fun environment to work in with energetic, innovative people with diverse backgrounds. Engaging, social team building activities (stretch and flex, warrior challenge, holiday party, etc). Love our new CEO!

Cons

Traffic can be difficult but close to Caltrain.

Since Kenandy is small and growing, it's still possible to have an impact on the product and company direction. Employees are smart, passionate, and collaborative.

Cons

There's lots of work to do, so you need to set your own limits to make sure you have a life-work balance that works for you.
