Pros

The people who work here are absolutely the best! I was a bit apprehensive about making the move to California, but Frank helped to make the transition seamless. The team takes great pride and ownership in a fantastic product. We have a large codebase and work quickly to ship features for our growing list of customers. The developers are sharp, easy-going, and lack any ego. The company follows solid coding and review practices. The product managers do a great job supporting developers with requirements. It's amazing how we stay organized as we move so quickly. The kitchens stay well-stocked with coffee and fresh fruits. They have shuffleboard, Xbox, and a nice area to go for walks.

Pros

--Great office space and company size. Not too big, and not too small. --Fun intelligent group of people to work with. --Weekly or bi-weekly team builders that pretty fun --Great leadership that know the product, industry, and can make the necessary changes to --meld the company to suit client needs. --Company is young, robust, and is definitely making a mark. --Frank does an excellent job selecting candidates, as well as treating candidates with the proper respect. During my job searching time, amongst all the other recruiters, Frank stood out the most in being sincere, kind, and extremely helpful. And he continues to do so weeks after I got the job. Frank does a perfect job representing Kenandy as there are many employees like him. --Food: Lots of different coffee machines. Kitchen is stocked with snacks, some soup, soda, tea, coffee, some fruit, and other misc items. There's a plaza with a variety of food located 10 mins away by foot. There's a cafe on the 1st floor but it's okay.

Cons

--Traffic is bad, but since there's no "set" time to be at work, I can time it right so I don't hit the bulk of the traffic and make it to work by 9:30am. Similar issue with leaving. --none that really stand out.
