Pros

Kenandy has a unique position in the cloud ERP marketplace: it is a scalable product that works for large enterprises as well as midsize companies. Since Kenandy is small and growing, it's still possible to have an impact on the product and company direction. Employees are smart, passionate, and collaborative.

Cons

There's lots of work to do, so you need to set your own limits to make sure you have a life-work balance that works for you.

Pros

They have a great dev team. It is a great product and an amazing place to grow and build your career. The Product Managers are very easy to work with. The entire company is void of office politics, which is a big positive.

Cons

The workload can be challenging, but it's a startup, thats the fun part.
