Pros

Great product, great people, great atmosphere. Employees really seem to like coming to work. Very open environment, everyone is very approachable. Really fells like "one team".

Cons

Just the usual growing pains you find at a fast growing high tech startup.

Pros

Good product and very knowledgeable people. Developers, product owners, qa engineers collaborate well. Selling direction was recently change to mid market targets which I think was a good idea

Cons

not much. Keep going that way and keep to be in focus.

Pros

Few come to mind. Some nice people but no one sticks together. It's every man for him self. Don't have to improve your skills if they like you. Not held accountable for anything if they like you. No oversight into process so you can tip the cards your way to make yourself look good. It's easy to steal credit for other's ideas.

Cons

Out of control. Weak management when they show up. They like to rely on kids playing at business and let them run the show. Not interested in improvement. Critically bad hiring decisions. Unfair pay and hiring practices. It's bad.
