Pros
Worked with a large amount of hard working people. Learned knowledge about warehousing logistics. Plenty of overtime during "peak" season.
Cons
Strong buddy system in place, making it hard to move up. Huge communication barrier between management and staff. It's not uncommon to have to perform others jobs along with yours.
