Cons
Unethical company from top to bottom. Upper management, supervisors and leads did not practice what they preach. Supervisors and leads did unsafe practices that would get hourly associates fired on the spot, and were caught on the cameras. When reported "see something say something" excuses are made and nothing is done, even when reported to the hotline. HR is only there to protect the company so don't bother with them. Management is so bad we lost the Redlands account and had to close the warehouse. The Supervisor that was the most responsible besides the GM was promoted to another warehouse while all the hourly associates lost their jobs. This Shipping supervisor did things like suspend people the next day who did not meet productivity that day, which is illegal. Again nothing was done. So many things were reported to HR and upper management with nothing done it was ridiculous.
