Great team to work with, that gets the job done. Corporate has some great people that could reached.

Cons

Young upper managers that 'have all the answers'. Quick to give disciplinary actions, but can't show how to fix.

Considering how poorly the executive team manages so many sites, I cannot think of one pro related to Kenco. It was a job, so that is a pro.

Long hours, zero feedback, below average pay, broken promises, poor executive leadership.
