Terrible health insurance and senior leadership not on the same page. You will get several different answers and no one knows the correct way to proceed with anything.

Good pay, decent benefits, company has been growing a lot

Cons

There are a lot of good people at Kenco, but some not so great managers who are really not concerned with the culture or work experience. Not much training, follow up or expectation that certain managers are growing in their managerial skills.
