Pros
Kenco has a great culture and really emphasizes three things: be honest, serve others, and get better. There is a strong sense of family within the organization. Wveryone, I really mean everyone, is friendly and very easy to talk to, regardless of their role in the organization. Kenco is very focused on getting better in all areas of the business. This is evident through the guiding principles, the emphasis on both operational and individual performance, training and development, and customer experiences.
Cons
Kenco is very fiscally conservative and risk adverse. This strategy has no doubt allowed them to be in their current position (which is a great position) but at times can be frustrating. Like many organizations Kenco has ample challenges to overcome. Unlike most other organizations though, is the importance Kenco places on addressing the challenges, at every level, and achieving the long term vision.
